More Snowman sneaks

Are you all enjoying the Pick of the Week shows on Ideal World? We had a sneaky feeling that you would love the new launch from The Snowman!

Yesterday I showed you some images of cards that you could make using the cardmaking kit and I told you that I would show you some more today but this time using the new special edition CD-ROM so...without further do...here are some of the beauties!!

Did any of you get to watch the Pick of the Week launch show yesterday on Ideal World? Wow, what a reaction eh?! We're all over the moon about how well it's going so thanks for your support guys! I'm so happy that you're loving the new range from The Snowman as much as we all do!

Today I'm going to show you some lovely examples of what you can make using the bumper cardmaking kit and then tomorrow I'll share some more ideas with you, but this time they'll be cards that you can make with the CD-ROM.

Brand new Pick of the Week

So, who's ready for a brand new & exciting Pick of the Week? Do you remember a few days ago I was telling you that nothing says Christmas to me than the iconic images of the little boy with his snowman friend? Well, if you agree with me then you're about to get as excited as I was when I found out that the Pick of the Week is a completely new range from The Snowman.

The Pick of the Week contains a bumper cardmaking kit and a special edition CD-ROM. The cardmaking kit is £24.99 and features card blanks, rub-ons, die-cut decoupage, stickers, flocked snowflakes and much, much more! It even comes in a special keepsake Snowman folder. You can make over 48 cards with this kit so how's that for value for money?! Here's a peek at what it looks like...

The special edition CD-ROM is unlike the previous one we did as it also contains templates and designs to enable you to make lots of different shaped cards. Here's what the cover looks like...

One day closer...

It's not long now until the big launch on Ideal World & I can hardly contain my excitement. If you don't know what I mean then let me explain...

a certain little friend of ours (who also happens to be an elephant!) is turning all Christmassy and will be the Pick of the Day this Tuesday in the form of 12 new stamps and a twin CD-ROM. As usual with Humphrey's Corner images, the designs in this new collection are too cute for words. Below is a little montage of half of the available stamp sets...how many will be you be collecting?

We're giving you two different chances to win the entire set of stamps plus the twin CD-ROM. One of the competitions is here on the blog where you post the blog badge that was given on Monday's post on your blog then fill in your details on the Mr Linky form at the bottom of Monday's blog post. There will be a winner picked at random at 9am on Tuesday and we'll announce it here. So, if you haven't already done it, make sure you add the badge to your blog!

The second way in which you can win the full set is on the main Crafter's Companion website. In the competitions section (that you'll only see when you're logged in...if you're not already registered do so by clicking here) you will see the Humphrey's Corner competition where all you have to do is answer a simple question to enter.

I've also got DT member Paula Holifield's sneak peek for you today as well. Paula has used images from the CD-ROM to create this sweet card depicting Humphrey and his Dad sledging. Paula has made some more cards using the new Christmas Humphrey range so if you want to see more like this card then hope across to her blog.

The brand new Humphrey die-cut decoupage Christmas and Everyday collections contain the super-cute imagery we've come to know and love, as well as coordinating backing papers.



The last two live shows of the week are at 12pm & 6pm (stock permitting). If you've got Sky you can watch it on channel 671, Freeview on 36 or on Freesat on 813.

Heeere's Humphrey!!

The wait is over - in just over an hour from now the first Pick of the Week will be aired and you will be able to get your mitts on the brand new Humphrey die-cut decoupage collections!! Excited much? You bet your life I am!!



If you don't already know there are two different collections launching - Everyday and Christmas - and they both contain gorgeous die-cut decoupage sheets and coordinating backing papers. See the images below for sneaky peeks...







The project sneak peek that I'm about to share with you is by the lovely Carol and the image she has used is just the most touching and heartfelt one I have seen in a while. It's simply beautiful and I absolutely adore it...there's nothing more I can say! What do you think? Do you love it as much as I do? More Humphrey

It's not long now until the new Humphrey collections are launched as Pick of the Week on Create & Craft, and to give you a taster of the type of images that will be available I'm going to share a few more sneak peeks with you today! As I was saying yesterday, there are two different collections to choose from (actually, why choose? You know you'll want both!) which are the Everyday and Christmas collections. The die-cut decoupage sheets come with co-ordinating backing papers which make creating super-cute cards a doddle!
