Besides Christmas (
of course), Halloween is my absolute favorite holiday to decorate for. I love dressing up, I love handing out candy (and sneaking a few pieces for myself...) and I love creating a haunting scene in our front yard. If I had it my way, it would be perfectly acceptable to start decorating in August (but I'm fairly certain my neighbors wouldn't appreciate it...).
We usually host or go to a Halloween party every year (although last year, we spent Halloween in Thailand!), but this year we'll play it safe. Little Miss Bean is due right around Halloween :)
