Festive creations

I'm really sorry to break it to you all but Christmas is getting closer and closer - in 14 weeks time it will all be over and we'll be nearing 2012! How scary is that? I was thinking about this last night and making a promise to myself that this year I WILL be organised, I won't leave everything to the last minute and panic thinking I've missed someone out! This is why I thought I'd share with you some Christmas cards from our gallery over on the Crafter's Companion website to give you a few ideas for your festive creations. Today I'm going to show you a selection from The Snowman collection, as nothing says Christmas to me then the iconic image of the little boy with his snowman friend. Enjoy the pictures everyone and get writing your Christmas lists - would you believe me if I told you that my sister phoned me last night to ask me what I wanted for Christmas?!

Forget raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens, a few of my favourite things right now are Spectrum Noir pens and the new s.w.a.l.k stamps, so imagine my delight when I saw this little beauty...


...on the Crafter's Companion gallery. I love, love, love this image - there's something very 20's/30's about the bride's veil although it's also a very modern image...does that make sense? If you're ever stuck for inspiration remember to pop across to the gallery, that has been split into different sections to make it easy to navigate, and be prepared to be amazed by the sheer vast of talent that's on there.
