EBEW: Florals

Happy Everybody Everywear Day!

It's Florals today!

So...I definitely thought that wearing florals was going to be easier today...I was wrong. I went through 3 different dresses this morning and a scarf, until I finally decided on the obvious choice from my closet. The only problem is that it's a LITTLE too short for work without tights. So I put a white/cream skirt under it as a slip to add some length. I love EBEW days! It's so fun to see how different bloggers style a similar look. EBEW: Maxi Skirt...

It's an Everybody, Everywear day! This month's assignment was a Maxi Skirt! I own a few, but this is definitely one of my favorites! I found it in a vintage shop in Charlotte. I'm guessing it's from either the 70's or 80's. It has pockets and a fabulous elastic waist!

I guess this skirt is "technically" mid-length instead of maxi, but for me it's long, and that means "maxi". I'm already seeing some EBEW posts for today and getting new ideas! I love EBEW days! So far, one of my favorite looks is wearing a button down oxford over a maxi dress and knotting it at the waist. I can't wait to try it!

Blogger Minnie Mouse...

It's an Everybody, Everywear day! And today's item is Polka Dots!

Now, I have a black dress with white polka dots that I could have worn, but I (and apparently alot of other ladies participating) decided to bring my polka dots in with an accessory. This is one of my all-time favorite scarves and I got it for $5 at a J.Crew outlet store on clearance!!

Also...I just really wanted to wear my red-orange-whatever color pants again!

I feel like a Blogger Minnie Mouse in my black blazer and red skinnies...and polka dots.
