Diary| Back from Stockholm

I came back home yesterday night, after marvellous days spent in Stockholm.
It was the first time in Sweden for me and I have to say I really felt in love with that incredible city.
Tomorrow, I'll publish my photodiary and in next days a mini guide of Stockholm by Arstcrylique Mode.
Where to eat, drink, shop, the best hotspots in the city, a style guide.

Diary|See you tomorrow, Stockholm

It’s all set for Stockholm.

Tomorrow morning, a flight will bring us from Milan to Stockholm.

I will collect cues, ideas, inspirations from the lively and fresh new capital of european fashion design.

Between museums tours and immersions in the oldest areas of the city, a stop at Acne and at some vintage and emerging design boutiques can’t be missed.

I’ll come back here with tons of news and suggestions from the new mecca of most innovative design.

It’s needless to say that I can’t wait to be there.

I don’t know if I’ll manage to update the blog,

E’ quasi tutto pronto.

Domattina presto, l’aereo decollerà da Milano e ci porterà nell’incantevole Stoccolma.

Raccoglierò spunti, idee, ispirazioni dalla vivace e freschissima nuova capitale della moda europea.

Tra i giri per musei e immersioni nella parte più antica della città, non mi farò certo mancare una capatina da Acne e qualche visita in negozi vintage e di designer emergenti, per ritornare qui da voi piena di novità e suggerimenti dalla mecca del design più innovativo.

Inutile dire che non vedo l’ora.

Non so se riuscirò ad aggiornare il blog in tempo reale, quindi vi consiglio di seguirmi su Twitter per scoprire i piccoli segreti di Stoccolma.

Diary|A jeune fille beauty routine

Just now, I realized I’ve never shared my beauty tips with my blog’s readers.

My precious grandma used do tell me that for beauty of face, body and hair it’s necessary a methodic everyday care with high quality products.

Certainly, sometimes perfumery expenses are a little bit high, but it’s worth it to be sure to obtain good results.

I have a predilection for Clarins products, they are delicate and efficacious.

Mi sono resa conto di non aver mai condiviso con i lettori del mio blog i mie consigli di bellezza.

La mia preziosa nonna mi insegnava che per la bellezza del viso, del corpo e dei capelli è necessaria una cura metodica e quotidiana a base di prodotti di alta qualità.

Certo, a volte le spese di profumeria sono un po’ elevate, ma vale la pena spendere qualche euro in più per essere certi di avere dei buoni risultati.

Come vedete, ho una predilezione per i prodotti Clarins, li trovo delicati e molto efficaci.

Every morning, I wash my face with a exfoliant mousse wich used with fresh water let me and my skin wake up very good.

The moisturizing cream, also from Clarins is perfect for mixed skins like mine, and it gives a fresh and healty colouring.

Al mattino mi lavo il viso con una mousse leggermente esfoliante che accompagnata dall’acqua freschissima sveglia me e la mia pelle.

La crema idratante, sempre Clarins è adatta alle pelli miste come la mia e dona un colorito sano e fresco.

Sometimes I grant myself an home Spa and I cure my face from imperfections with a face mask with pink clay wich doesn’t make my skin dry, but eliminates the impurities.

Absolutely to try, the lotus oil to spread on the damp face and to leave on the face during night, it let opacify and nourish the skin.

Ogni tanto mi concedo la mia Spa casalinga e curo il viso dalle imperfezioni con una maschera all’argilla rosa che non secca la pelle ed elimina le impurità.

Da provare anche l’olio al Loto da mettere sul viso leggermente umido e lasciare agire per tutta la notte, opacizza, ma nutre.

Perfume is a delicate aspect. Personally I have a preference for 

non commercial, but precious eau de parfume. 

Montale Paris ones are a little expensive, but one only spray lasts all day and gives you a sophisticated air.

Deodorant has to be very fresh and long lasting, above all for hot summer days.

Il profumo è un aspetto molto delicato. Personalmente prediligo profumi non molto commerciali e piuttosto preziosi. Quelli di Montale Paris sono un po’ cari, ma una sola vaporizzazione dura tutto il giorno e da un’aria molto sofisticata.

Il deodorante invece deve essere freschissimo e a lunga durata, soprattutto durante gli afosi giorni estivi.

For my body I always choose toning creams, not too nourishing and without scents. I hate perfumed creams, in the long run, they leave bad smells.

In addition to the body cream, I use refreshing waters.

Avène’s thermal water is one of my best friends.

It refresh with lightness and helps also the most sensitive skins. It’s perfect under the sun, at the gym or simply to take with you in your bag for a fresh breath (it doesn’t remove the make up, so you can use it also on made-up face).

Per il corpo scelgo sempre creme tonificanti, non troppo nutrienti e senza odori. Detesto le creme profumate che a lungo andare non danno un odore fresco e di pulito.

Oltre alla crema per il corpo, mi piace usare acque rinfrescanti.

L’acqua termale di Avène, è una delle mie migliori alleate.

Rinfresca con leggerezza e aiuta anche le pelli più sensibili. E’ perfetta sotto il sole, in palestra o semplicemente da tenere in borsetta per una ventata di aria pura (non scioglie il make up, quindi può essere spruzzata anche sul viso truccato).

A good démaquillage is essential to maintain the face perfect.

For the eyes I use a delicate and oily make up remover from Payot, whereas cleansing lotion and toning lotion are both from L’oreal, cheap but good.

Un buon démaquillage è indispensabile per mantenere il viso perfetto.

Per gli occhi uso uno struccante delicato ed oleoso di Payot, mentre latte detergente e tonico sono L’oreal, economici, ma efficaci.

For the hair, the question is a little different.

After years of dye experimentations, I left my natural honey blond hair come back, but the stress given by the hair dyes left its mark, so I need to cure them a lot.

Shampoo and conditioner are Lancome’s, they nourish without oil. The argan and macadamia oil is perfect before the hair drying (it has a really good scent and leaves the hair very smooth).

After hair set, wich for me usually consists in a natural and fast drying, Tony and Guy finishing spray is the perfect touch because it makes hair shines like you’ve been to the hairdresser.

Per i capelli il discorso è un po’ diverso. 

Dopo anni di sperimentazioni nei quali ne hanno subite di ogni, ho lasciato tornare il mio biondo miele naturale, ma lo stress delle tinte ha lasciato il segno.

Shampoo e balsamo Lancome nutrono e non ungono, mentre l’olio di argan e macadamia è perfetto prima dell’asciugatura (ha un profumo delizioso e lascia i capelli morbidissimi).

Dopo la piega, che per me solitamente consiste in un’asciugatura veloce e molto naturale, lo spray di Tony and Guy dà una luce brillante e li fa sembrare appena usciti dal parrucchiere.

I’m not a huge make up fan, at most I use black eyeshadow for a smoky effect, but only for special occasions.

I’ve always used Chanel face powder and rimmel, they last more or less an entire year, so the expense is justified.

For my lips, after lipbalm, I use pink Kiko felt tip pen, it lasts all day.

A the end, a spray of make up fixer, wich fix the maquillage and refresh, avoiding greasepaint effect.

Non sono un’amante del make up eccessivo, il massimo a cui arrivo è l’ombretto nero sugli occhi effetto smoky, ma solo per le occasioni speciali.

Da sempre cipria e mascara Chanel che mi durano più di un anno ognuno, quindi giustificano la spesa.

Per le labbra, dopo il consueto burro di cacao, il pennello di Kiko rosa acceso da un tocco di colore che dura davvero tutto il giorno.

Per finire, una spruzzata di make up fixer che fissa il make up e rinfresca, evitando l’effetto cerone.

The ones who follow me on Twitter and on Facebook know it yet: last week has been an intense week of changes.

We finally finished to reorganize our homesweethome and now, it looks incredibly like my dream house.

The part I can’t especially wait to be finished is the one you can see in the pictures below.

We make an office in the area under the loft bed in our bedroom.

Finally, Arstcrylique Mode has its own little but precious headquarter.

What a satisfaction!

Come ben sa chi mi segue su Twitter e su Facebook, la settimana scorsa è stata un’intensissima settimana di cambiamenti.

Abbiamo finalmente finito di ristrutturare casa e ora assomiglia incredibilmente al nido dei miei sogni.

La parte che aspettavo di più è quella che vedete nelle foto.

Abbiamo ricavato una zona ufficio nel sotto-soppalco della camera da letto.

Finalmente, anche Arstcrylique Mode ha il suo piccolo preziosissimo quartier generale.

Che soddisfazione!
